Conditions for Running the DTC

- Ignition ON.
- Battery voltage greater than 9 V.
- Semiconductor relay power output voltage 3.0 V or less.
- DTC P17C9 runs continuously.
- Semiconductor relay power source voltage 8.4 V or greater.
