Conditions for Running the DTC

System Voltage = 9-32 V
Pressure control solenoid valve control circuit = greater than 750 mA. (not P0961, P0965)
DTC runs continuously when the above conditions are met.

DTC P0717, P0721

Engine Speed.=Greater than 600 RPM
S3 Transmission Shift Lever = D, L or R.
Longitudinal Acceleration Sensor Signal=greater than -0.48 m/s² (-0.05G)
Accelerator Pedal Position=Greater than 10%
Primary Pulley Speed=Greater than 500 RPM
Transmission OSS Less than 108 RPM or Secondary Pulley Speed Greater than 61 RPM
