Circuit/System Verification

  1. Verify that the Ignition Voltage parameter displays greater than 8.4 V.
    • If the Ignition Voltage parameter does NOT display greater than 8.4 V 

      Refer to Circuit/System Testing.

    • If the Ignition Voltage parameter does display greater than 8.4 V 
  2. Verify DTC P0885 is only set as a history DTC.
    • If DTC P0885 is set as current 

      Refer to Circuit/System Testing.

  3. Clear DTC P0885 from history.
  4. Operate the vehicle within the Conditions for Running the DTC. You may also operate the vehicle within the conditions that you observe from the Freeze Frame/Failure Records data. The DTC should not set.
    • If any of the DTCs set 

      Refer to Circuit/System Testing.

    • If none of the DTCs set 
  5. All OK.
