Installation Procedure

  1. Install the transmission mount strut bracket (2) to the transmission.

  2. Install the NEW transmission mount strut bracket bolts (1) and tighten to 58 N.m (43 lb ft) + 60 to 75 degrees.
    CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
    CAUTION: Refer to Torque-to-Yield Fastener Caution .
  3. Install the NEW transmission mount strut front bolt (1) and tighten to 100 N.m (74 lb ft) + 60 to 75 degrees.

  4. Remove the jack stand.
  5. Lower the vehicle.
