Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the front floor console. Refer to Front Floor Console Replacement .
  2. Disconnect the shift lever and selector lever cable (1) from the transmission control lever.

  3. Release the cable retainers (2) and remove the shift lever and selector lever cable (3) from the transmission control housing.
  4. Remove the transmission control bolts (1) and nuts (2).

  5. Remove the transmission control (3) from the vehicle.
