Installation Procedure

  1. Connect the windshield defroster outlet duct right side (2) and left side (3) to the wind shield defroster nozzle (1).

  2. Install the windshield defroster duct assembly (2).

  3. Install the windshield defroster duct assembly screws (1) and tighten to 1.3 N.m (12 lb in).
    CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
  4. Install the I/P outer air outlet duct. Refer to Instrument Panel Outer Air Outlet Duct Replacement .
  5. Install the instrument panel upper trim panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Upper Trim Panel Replacement .
