Installation Procedure

  1. Air Conditioning O-Ring Seal Replacement  - Use NEW O-ring seals.
  2. Install the air conditioning compressor tube (1).

  3. Install the air conditioning compressor tube bolt (1) and tighten to 20 N.m (15 lb ft).

    CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
  4. Install the air conditioning compressor tube nut (1) and tighten to 20 N.m (15 lb ft).

  5. Front Compartment Insulator Replacement - Install
  6. Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging (R-134a) Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging (R-1234yf)  - Evacuate and charge the refrigerant system.
  7. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection - Connect the battery negative cable.
