Air Conditioning (A/C) Refrigerant Pressure Sensor Replacement

Preliminary Procedures

  1. Recover the refrigerant. Refer to Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging (R-134a) Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging (R-1234yf) .
  2. Unclip the electrical wiring harness retaining clips around air conditioning refrigerant pressure sensor.

CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .

Procedure

  1. Disconnect the air conditioning refrigerant pressure sensor connector.
  2. Remove and discard the O-ring and replace with NEW. Refer to Air Conditioning O-Ring Seal Replacement .

Tighten 
8 N.m (71 lb in)
