Removal Procedure

  1. Disconnect battery negative cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection .
  2. Open the battery positive cable junction block cover (1) from the battery.

  3. Remove the battery positive cable junction block post nut (1).

  4. Remove the battery positive cable junction block (2) and set aside.
  5. Remove the battery bracket bolt (2) and the battery bracket (3).

  6. Remove the battery (1).
