Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the brake booster vacuum pipe (1) from the vacuum pump. Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service .

  2. Remove the surge tank fixing bolts and set aside.

  3. Remove the 3 vacuum pump bolts (1).

  4. Remove the vacuum pump (2).
  5. Remove and DISCARD the vacuum pump gasket.
