Installation Procedure

Assemble the air cleaner outlet duct (1) with the New positive crankcase ventilation tube (3) and the New positive crankcase ventilation valve (2).

Install the air cleaner outlet duct assembly (3) with positive crankcase ventilation tubes to the engine.

Using EN-50956 tamper proof drive bit tighten the bolt (2) to 10 N.m (89 lb in).
Position the air cleaner outlet duct (3) in place and tighten the clamp (1) on the engine.
NOTE: Ensure the outlet duct is fully seated to the mating surfaces before clamping. Verify that the cuff is not rolled under.
Connect the positive crankcase ventilation tube connector (1) to the air cleaner outlet duct. Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service .
