Radiator Surge Tank Replacement

Preliminary Procedure

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection .
  2. Drain the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling .
1 Radiator Surge Tank Outlet Hose and Clamp
2 Engine Coolant Air Bleed Hose and Clamp
3 Radiator Surge Tank Mounting Bolt (Qty: 2)
CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .

Tighten 
5 N.m (44 lb in)
4 Radiator Surge Tank
