Radiator Surge Tank Outlet Hose Replacement

Preliminary Procedures

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection .
  2. Drain the coolant. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling .
  3. Disconnect the ECM electrical connectors.
1 Radiator Surge Tank Outlet Hose Clamp (Qty: 2)
Procedure 
Loosen the radiator surge tank outlet hose clamp using hose clamp pliers.
2 Radiator Surge Tank Outlet Hose Clip
Procedure 
Unclip radiator surge tank outlet hose clip from battery tray.
3 Radiator Surge Tank Outlet Hose
