Installation Procedure

- Install the radiator outlet hose (2) to the water pump pipe.
- Install the radiator outlet hose (2) to the radiator.
- Install the radiator outlet hose lower clamp (1).
- Install the front compartment insulator. Refer to Front Compartment Insulator Replacement .
- Lower the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .
- Install the radiator outlet hose upper clamp (1).
- Clip the wiring harness clip around the hose (2).
- Connect the electrical connector around the hose (2).
- Fill the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling .
- Connect the negative battery cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection .
