Installation Procedure

  1. Install the radiator outlet hose (2) to the water pump pipe.

  2. Install the radiator outlet hose (2) to the radiator.
  3. Install the radiator outlet hose lower clamp (1).
  4. Install the front compartment insulator. Refer to Front Compartment Insulator Replacement .
  5. Lower the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .
  6. Install the radiator outlet hose upper clamp (1).

  7. Clip the wiring harness clip around the hose (2).
  8. Connect the electrical connector around the hose (2).
  9. Fill the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling .
  10. Connect the negative battery cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection .
