Preliminary Procedures Remove the liftgate. Refer to Liftgate Replacement . Lower the rear headliner enough to access the liftgate hinge nuts. Refer to Headlining Trim Panel Replacement . Use a grease pencil to mark the liftgate hinge position to the body prior to removal.
1	Liftgate Hinge Nut (Qty: 2) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)

22 N.m (16 lb ft)
