Conditions for Setting the DTC

B147E 01 or B147F 01 

The BCM detects short to battery in the battery saver relay set/reset circuits.

B147E 02 or B147F 02 

The BCM detects a short to ground in the battery saver relay set/reset circuits.

B147E 04 or B147F 04 

The BCM detects an open/high resistance in the battery saver relay set/reset circuits.
