Installation Procedure

    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

    NOTE:

    Ensure the tensioner spring is retained in the correct position prior to installation.

    Install the oil pump drive chain tensioner (2) and tighten to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

    Remove the oil pump drive chain tensioner pin (1).

  3. Install the camshaft timing chain. Refer to Camshaft Timing Chain Replacement (LV7) .
