Removal Procedure

Remove the 3 EN-51007-6 adapters (1) from the 3 engine lift brackets (2).

Loosen the 2 EN-51007-4 adapters (3).

NOTE:

A second technician is required.

Remove the 2 EN-51007-3 adapters from the EN-51007-1 adapter (1).

Remove the EN-51007-1 adapter (1).
Clean the contact surfaces from the EN-51007-5 adapters on the front end upper tie bar with solvent.

NOTE:
For engine L5Q without engine lift front bracket.

Remove the bolt (1).
Remove the EN-51698 engine lift bracket (2).
Clean the contact surfaces from the EN-51007-5 adapters on the front end upper tie bar with solvent.

Install the surge tank fixing bolts (1) and tighten to 5 N.m (44 lb in).
