Installation Procedure

  1. Transfer components as necessary.
  2. Front Bumper Fascia(1) - Install
  3. Connect the electrical connectors.
  4. GM4827735

    Secure the front bumper fascia (1) to the front bumper fascia guide.

    CAUTION:

    Refer to FASTENER CAUTION .

    Front Bumper Fascia Bolt(1)-Right Side - Install and tighten4N.m (35 lb in)

  6. GM4827731

    Front Bumper Fascia Bolt(1)-Right Side - Install and tighten2.5 N.m(22 lb in)

  7. GM4827729

    Front Bumper Fascia Bolt(1) - Left Side - Install and tighten4N.m (35 lb in)

  8. GM4827726

    Front Bumper Fascia Bolt(1)- Left Side - Install and tighten2.5 N.m(22 lb in)

  9. GM4232055

    Underbody Front Air Deflector Bolt(1)- Front - Install and tighten[9x]2.5 N.m(22 lb in)

  10. GM4833701
    NOTE:

    It will be necessary to turn the front tire to the left when working on the right side, and to the right when working on the left side. This is to gain access to the bolts.

    Install the 4 wheelhouse liner bolts (1) from the right and left hand wheelhouse liners and tighten to 2.5 N.m(22 lb in).

  11. Install 3 wheelhouse liner screws (2) from the from the right and left hand wheelhouse liners and tighten to 2.5 N.m(22 lb in).
  12. Lower the vehicle.

    Front Bumper Fascia Upper Molding(2, 3) - Install - FRONT BUMPER FASCIA UPPER MOLDING REPLACEMENT
