Driver or Passenger Seat Removal - With No Fore/Aft Movement

    WARNING:

    Refer to SIR WARNING .

  1. Disable the SIR system. SIR DISABLING AND ENABLING
  2. GM4090767

    Driver or Passenger Seat Head Restraint(3) - Remove - Driver or Passenger Seat Head Restraint Replacement 

  3. Adjust the seat to gain access to the bolts.
  4. GM5082262

    Front Seat Vertical Adjuster Bracket Bolt - Rear (1) - Remove[2x]

  5. GM5082263

    Tilt the seat forward and support it.

  6. Cross Brace Bolt (1) - Remove[4x]
    7. NOTE:

    The seat can now be moved fore/aft to access the seat bolts.

  7. Driver or Passenger Seat Bolt - Remove - Driver or Passenger Seat Removal and Installation

    NOTE:

    If sending the frame back for warranty return, reinstall the front seat vertical adjuster bracket bolts and the cross brace bolts.

    Replace with NEW seat cushion frame.(2) - Remove - Driver or Passenger Seat Cushion Frame Replacement (Except Passenger with 6-way Power) Driver or Passenger Seat Cushion Frame Replacement (Passenger with 6-way Power)
