Preliminary Procedures

  1. Cooling System Draining and Filling (Vacuum and Fill)Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static)
  2. Floor Front Air Outlet Duct Replacement - Left Side 
  3. Front Floor Console Extension Replacement - Left Side
  4. Reposition the carpet to access the heater core tubes.
  5. Heater Tube Replacement 
CAUTION:

Refer to HVAC Module Drain Tube Caution .
1 Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator Module Cover Fastener (QTY: 4)
CAUTION:

Refer to Fastener Caution .
2 Heater And Air Conditioning Evaporator Module Cover
3 Heater Core

Procedures

  1. Level the engine coolant to the proper level. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (Vacuum and Fill)Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static) .
  2. Inspect the engine cooling system for leaks.
