Install the intake manifold gasket (1).

Intake Manifold (2) - Move into position
Fuel Injection Fuel Rail Fuel Pressure Sensor - Install - Fuel Injection Fuel Rail Fuel Pressure Sensor Replacement
Install the intake manifold (2).
Hand start the intake manifold bolts (1).

CAUTION:
Refer to Fastener Caution .

Tighten the fastener in sequence twice to 12 N.m (106 lb in).
Install the fuel pump. Refer to Fuel Pump Replacement .
Install the throttle body. Refer to Throttle Body Assembly Replacement .

Install the EVAP canister valve (1).

Install the brake vacuum pipe (1). Refer to Power Brake Booster Vacuum Pipe Replacement (LCV) .

Install the PCV pipe (1). Refer to Positive Crankcase Ventilation Hose/Pipe/Tube Replacement .
Install the intake manifold cover. Refer to Intake Manifold Cover Replacement .
