Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the exhaust camshaft. Refer to Camshaft Position Actuator and Camshaft Replacement - Exhaust .

    NOTE:

    Keep all of the Valve Rocker Arms and hydraulic lash adjusters in order so that they can be reinstalled in their respective locations.

    Remove the exhaust rocker arm (1).
