Installation Procedure
WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
Using the outline made by the spray paint or marker, install the left transmission mount (1).
- Install the transmission mount to frame rail bolts (2) and tighten to 22 N.m (16 lb ft).
- Using the engine support, raise the transmission until the transmission contacts the left transmission mount.
Install the transmission mount to transmission bolts and tighten to 50 N.m (37 lb ft) plus 60 - 75 degrees.
- Install the wheel and tire assembly. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation .
- Raise the vehicle.
Install the rear transmission mount through bolt (1) and tighten to 105 N.m (77 lb ft).
Install the front transmission mount through bolt (1) and tighten to 100 N.m (74 lb ft).
- Perform the Powertrain Mount Balancing - Lower. Refer to the appropriate engine section.
- Lower the vehicle.
- Remove the engine support fixture.
- Install the battery box. Refer to Battery Tray Replacement .
