Secondary Air Injection Bypass Valve Replacement - Bank 2

Callout	Component Name
Preliminary Procedure Remove the intake manifold cover. Refer to Intake Manifold Cover Replacement . Disconnect the secondary air injection pipe from the secondary air injection bypass valve. Refer to Secondary Air Injection Pipe Replacement .
1	Secondary Air Injection Check Valve Fasteners (Qty: 2) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft).
2	Secondary Air Injection Bypass Valve Procedure Disconnect the electrical wiring harness connector from the secondary air injection check valve.

Secondary Air Injection Check Valve Fasteners (Qty: 2)

CAUTION:

Tighten
22 N.m (16 lb ft).

Procedure
Disconnect the electrical wiring harness connector from the secondary air injection check valve.
