Radiator Inlet Hose Replacement (LCV)

Preliminary Procedures

1. Remove the front compartment front sight shield. Refer to Front Compartment Front Sight Shield Replacement .
2. Remove the intake manifold cover. Refer to Intake Manifold Cover Replacement .
3. Drain the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (Vacuum and Fill) Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static) .

Procedure

1. Using the BO-38185  hose clamp pliers release the radiator inlet hose clamp and remove the radiator inlet hose from the engine.
2. Using the BO-38185  hose clamp pliers release the radiator inlet hose clamp and remove the radiator inlet hose from the radiator.
