Hood Primary and Secondary Latch Replacement

Preliminary Procedure Remove the front compartment front sight shield. Refer to Front Compartment Front Sight Shield Replacement .
1	Hood Primary and Secondary Latch Bolt (Qty: 2) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft) NOTE: Mark the location of the original hood latch for before removing the bolts for reference.
2	Hood Primary and Secondary Latch Procedure Disconnect the release cable from the hood primary latch. Disconnect the electrical connector. Adjust the hood if necessary. Refer to Hood Adjustment
