Front Side Door Replacement

Preliminary Procedures 
Remove the front side door trim panel. Refer to Front Side Door Trim Replacement .
1 Front Side Door Check Link to Body Bolt
CAUTION:

Refer to Fastener Caution .

Procedure

  1. Remove the water deflector.
  2. Disconnect the door electrical connector.
  3. Support the door before removing the hinge bolts.
  4. With an assistant, remove the door.

Tighten 
22 N.m (16 lb ft)
2 Front Side Door Lower Hinge to Door Bolt (Qty: 2)
Tighten 
25 N.m (18 lb ft)
3 Front Side Door Upper Hinge to Door Bolt (Qty: 2)
Tighten 
25 N.m (18 lb ft)
4 Front Side Door

Procedure

  1. Transfer all of the internal components.
  2. Adjust the front side door as needed. Refer to Front Side Door Adjustment .
