The ECM detects that the MAF Sensor signal parameter is less than 800 Hz (about 0.59 g/s) for at least 300 cylinder firing events.

P0103 

The ECM detects that the MAF Sensor signal parameter is at least 14, 500 Hz (about 772.9 g/s) for at least 300 cylinder firing events.
