Circuit/System Verification

Ignition - On/Vehicle - In Service Mode
Verify the scan tool parameter: 9 V Reference 1 Circuit Status = OK
- If not the specified state
  Refer to Circuit/System Testing
- Go to next step: If the specified state
Engine - Running
Transmission - Park
Verify the scan tool parameter: Transmission ISS & Engine Speed. - The difference between the following parameters is less than 50 RPM:
- If not the specified state
  Refer to Circuit/System Testing
- Go to next step: If the specified state
Transmission - Reverse
Verify the scan tool parameter: Transmission ISS 0 RPM
- If not the specified state
  Refer to: Circuit/System Testing
- Go to next step: If the specified state
Operate the vehicle within the Conditions for Running the DTC. You may also operate the vehicle within the conditions that you observed from the Freeze Frame/Failure Records data. Verify the DTC does not set.
- If the DTC sets
  Refer to: Circuit/System Testing
- Go to next step: If the DTC is not set
All OK.
