Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the timing chain lower cover. Refer to Timing Chain Lower Cover Replacement .
    2. Fig 1: Oil Pump Drive Chain Tensioner And Fixing Pin

  2. Tension the oil pump drive chain tensioner (1) in arrow direction.
  3. Install the EN-50513  fixing pin (2).

  4. Remove the oil pump drive chain tensioner bolt (4).
  5. Remove the oil pump drive chain tensioner bolt (2)
    6. NOTE:

    If the oil pump drive chain tensioner reused, do not remove the EN-50513  fixing pin (3).

  6. Remove the oil pump drive chain tensioner (1).
