Assemble EN-51007 Engine Support Fixture

    NOTE:

    Pre-assemble special tool assembly outside the vehicle.

  1. Install the lower foot (2) to the upper foot (1).
  2. Install the mounting bolt (5).
  3. Install the adjustment screw (4) and tighten the 2 nuts (3).

  5. Install the 2 EN-51007-7  adapters (2) to the EN-51007-1  adapter (1).
  6. Tighten the adjustment screw (3).

  8. Install the 2 EN-51007-4  adapters to the EN-51007-1  adapter by guiding the bail (4) into the board (1).
  9. Install the 2 thumb nuts (2).

  11. Install the bushing (1) to the hook (3).
  12. Install the lever (2) to the hook (3).

  14. Install the EN-51007-6  adapters (1) to the EN-51007-3  adapters (2).

  16. Install the foot (4) to the rod (2)
  17. Install and tighten the bolt (5) and the nut (3).
  18. Install the bolt (1).

    NOTE:

    The feet should stay in the second hole of the rakes.

  20. Install EN-51007-5  adapter (3) to the EN-51007-3  adapter (1).
  21. Install the cotter pin (4) into the bolt (2).

    NOTE:

    The distance (a) must be aligned to 1400 mm (55 in).

  23. Check the distance between the 2 feet (3).
  24. Tighten the 2 adjustment screws (1, 2).
