Installation Procedure

  1. Install the EN-51144-1  installer (2) to the crankshaft (1).

  2. Install the NEW crankshaft front oil seal (2) to the EN-51144-1  installer (1).

  3. Install the EN-51144-100  crankshaft seal installer (3) to the EN-51144-1  installer (2).

  4. Press the crankshaft front oil seal into the correct seat, by tighten the bolt (2) from EN-51144  installer (1).
  5. Thus they drive the crankshaft front oil seal as far purely until the EN-51144  installer (1) on the stop is.
  6. Remove the EN-51144  installer.
  7. Install the crankshaft pulley. Refer to Crankshaft Pulley Replacement .
  8. Check and correct the engine oil level.
