Water Pump Assemble

Clean the sealing surfaces of the water pump (1) and the thermostat housing (2).
Install a NEW water pump seal (4).
Install the thermostat housing (2) to the water pump (1).

CAUTION:

Refer to Fastener Caution .

Install the 4 water pump bolts (3, 5) and tighten to 10 N.m (89 lb in).
