Turbocharger Removal

  1. Remove Turbocharger Heat Shield Bolts (2) (Qty: 2)
  2. Unclip Turbocharger Heat Shield (3) @ Clamp (1)
  3. Remove Turbocharger Heat Shield (3)

  4. Remove Turbocharger Oil Return Pipe Bolt (1)
  5. Loosen Turbocharger Oil Return Pipe Bolt (2)

  6. Loosen Thermostat Bypass Hose Clamp (4)
  7. Disconnect Thermostat Bypass Hose (3) @ Thermostat Bypass Pipe
  8. Remove Turbocharger Coolant Feed Pipe Hollow Screw (6)
  9. Remove and DISCARD Turbocharger Coolant Feed Pipe Gasket (7) (Qty: 2)
  10. Remove Turbocharger Nuts (1, 8) (Qty: 3)
  11. Pull the turbocharger (5) slightly upwards and remove the turbocharger oil return pipe from the turbocharger.
  12. Remove Turbocharger (5) @ Exhaust Manifold
  13. Remove and DISCARD Turbocharger Gasket (9)
