Timing Chain Lower Cover Removal

  1. Remove the 11 timing chain lower cover bolts (1).
  2. Remove the timing chain lower cover (2), by loosen the timing chain upper cover from the cylinder block with a suitable tool.
  3. Remove the 2 timing chain lower cover gaskets (3).
  4. Remove the crankshaft rear oil seal, if the timing chain lower cover is reused.
