Piston And Connecting Rod Assemble

- Install the connecting rod (3) to the piston (2).
- Install the piston pin (1).
- Install the 2 piston pin retainer (6).
- Install the piston rings. Use a piston ring plier (1).
- The piston rings must be ordered as followed:
- Upper compression ring (1)
- Lower compression ring (2)
- Oil ring (3)
- The piston ring joints must be displaced 120 degrees to each other.
NOTE:
Lubricate the piston pin and the piston bore with engine oil.
NOTE:
The marks (4) on the connecting rod must show in direction to the mark (5) from the piston and the arrow on the top of the piston.
NOTE:
The 2 piston pin retainer (6) must be positioned in region of measurement maximum 30° as shown in the extensional graphic position (I).
