Intake Manifold Removal

    Fig 1: Fuel Rail Fuel Pressure Sensor Wiring Harness Bracket, Fuel Rail Return Pipe Bracket And Bolts

  1. Remove the 2 fuel rail fuel pressor sensor wiring harness bracket bolts (1).
  2. Remove the fuel rail fuel pressor sensor wiring harness bracket (2).
  3. Remove the 2 fuel rail return pipe bracket bolts (3).
  4. Remove the fuel rail return pipe bracket (4).

  5. Loosen 9 intake manifold bolts in the sequence as shown.

  6. Remove the 9 intake manifold bolts (1).
  7. Remove the intake manifold (2).
  8. Remove and DISCARD the intake manifold gasket (3).
