Exhaust Manifold Removal

  1. Remove the 2 exhaust gas recirculation pipe bolts (2).
  2. Remove and DISCARD the 8 exhaust manifold bolts (5).
    3. NOTE:

    Do not bend the exhaust gas recirculation pipe.

  3. Remove the exhaust manifold (1).
  4. Remove and DISCARD the exhaust manifold gasket (4).
  5. Remove and DISCARD the exhaust gas recirculation pipe gasket (3).
