Exhaust Gas Recirculation Cooler Housing Disassemble

  1. Remove the 2 exhaust gas recirculation valve bolts (5).
  2. Remove the exhaust gas recirculation valve (4) from the exhaust gas recirculation valve cooler (1).
  3. Remove and DISCARD the exhaust gas recirculation valve gasket (3).
  4. Remove and DISCARD the exhaust gas recirculation valve seat gasket (2).
  5. Remove the exhaust pressure differential sensor bolt (7).
  6. Remove the exhaust pressure differential sensor (6).
  7. Remove the exhaust gas recirculation vacuum regulator hose (10).
  8. Remove the 2 exhaust gas recirculation vacuum regulator solenoid valve bolts (9).
  9. Remove the exhaust gas recirculation vacuum regulator solenoid valve (8).
