Engine Coolant Outlet Pipe Installation

Clean the sealing surfaces of the engine block and the engine cooler outlet pipe.

Install a NEW engine cooler outlet pipe seal (1).
Install the engine cooler outlet pipe (3).

CAUTION:

Refer to Fastener Caution .

Install the 2 engine cooler outlet pipe bolts (2) and tighten to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).
