Engine Block Disassemble

    Fig 1: Cylinder Head Guide Sleeves

  1. Remove the 2 cylinder head guide sleeves (1).
  2. Fig 2: Engine Oil Pressure Switch, Engine Oil Pressure Sensor, Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor, Piston Oil Nozzle Oil Control Solenoid Valve And Bolts

  3. Remove Engine Oil Pressure Switch (1)
  4. Remove Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor (3)
  5. Remove the 2 piston oil nozzle oil control solenoid valve bolts (2).
  6. Remove the piston oil nozzle oil control solenoid valve (4).
  7. Remove Engine Oil Pressure Sensor (5)

  9. Remove and DISCARD Engine Block Core Hole Plug (1)
  10. Remove Engine Block Coolant Drain Hole Plug (2)
  11. Remove Engine Block Oil Gallery Plugs (3) (Qty: 4)

  13. Remove and DISCARD Engine Block Core Hole Plugs (1) (Qty: 3)
  14. Fig 5: Catalytic Converter Stud And Engine Block Plugs

  15. Remove Catalytic Converter Stud (4)
  16. Remove and DISCARD Engine Block Core Hole Plug (1)
  17. Remove Engine Block Coolant Drain Hole Plug (2)
  18. Remove Engine Block Oil Gallery Plug (3)
  19. Fig 6: Piston Oil Nozzles, Bolts And Lower Crankcase Guide Sleeves

  20. Remove Piston Oil Nozzle Bolts (3) (Qty: 4)
  21. Piston Oil Nozzles (2) (Qty: 4)
  22. Remove the 10 lower crankcase guide sleeves (1).
