NOTE:

Slightly lift the crankshaft position sensor to install the retainer spring.

Install the crankshaft position sensor retainer spring (1) into the correct channel (2) of the crankshaft position sensor.

CAUTION:

Install the crankshaft position sensor bolt (1) and tighten to 10 N.m (89 lb in).
