Installation Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
  1. Disconnect the battery negative cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (KL9)
  2. Raise the vehicle.
  3. Remove the exhaust front pipe. Refer to Exhaust Front Pipe Replacement (LH7)
  4. Remove the GE-498-B  Oil Pressure Gauge.
  5. Remove the EN-21867-850  Oil Pressure Gage Adapter.

  7. Install the engine oil pressure sensor (1) to the engine block and tighten to 35 N.m (26 lb ft).
  8. Connect the electrical connector (2) to the engine oil pressure sensor (1).
  9. Install the exhaust front pipe. Refer to Exhaust Front Pipe Replacement (LH7)
  10. Lower the vehicle.
  11. Connect the battery negative cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (KL9)
