Symptoms Verification

Verify the following conditions are true:

The engine control module (ECM) and the malfunction indicator lamp (MIL) are operating correctly.
There are no diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) stored.
The scan tool data is within a normal operating range.
The fuel system is not leaking.
The air filter element is not restricted.
The vehicle tires are correctly inflated and meet original equipment specifications.
