Conditions for Setting the DTC

DTC P205B 

The difference between reductant temperature sensor signal and exhaust gas temperature sensor signals is outside a calibrated range.

DTC P205C 

The ECM detects that then reductant temperature sensor signal is open or shorted to ground.

DTC P205D 

The ECM detects that the temperature sensor signal is shorted to voltage.
