Removal Procedure

  1. Remove Intake Manifold Cover. Refer to Intake Manifold Cover Replacement
    2. Fig 1: Charge Air Cooler Outlet Air Tube And Retaining Clip

  2. Remove Charge Air Cooler Outlet Air Tube (2) @ Throttle Body. Refer to Charge Air Cooler Outlet Air Tube Replacement

  3. Remove Throttle Body Bolts (3) (Qty: 4)

  4. Disconnect the electrical connector. (1)
  5. Remove the throttle body. (1)
  6. Remove and DISCARD the throttle body gasket. (2)
