Installation Procedure
WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
- Install the 4 glow plugs (1) and tighten to 16.5 N.m (12 lb ft).
- Connect Glow Plug Electrical Connectors (1) (Qty: 4) @ Glow Plug
- Install Intake Manifold Cover. Refer to Intake Manifold Cover Replacement
- Connect Battery Negative Cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (KL9)
NOTE:
To aid in hand starting glow plugs into their bores, a hose or tube with an inner diameter of 4 mm can be used as an extension when installed on the end of the glow plug.
