Removal Procedure

  1. Remove Fuel Tank. Refer to Fuel Tank Replacement (AWD) 
    2. Fig 1: Electrical Connectors, Fuel Pump Fuel Return Hose, Fuel Pump To Fuel Filter Hose And Fuel Tank Vent

  2. Disconnect Electrical Connectors (1) (Qty: 2)
  3. Disconnect Fuel Pump Fuel Return Hose (2). Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 
  4. Disconnect Fuel Pump to Fuel Filter Hose (3). Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 
  5. Disconnect Fuel Tank Vent (4). Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service

  6. Remove Fuel Pump Lock Ring (1) - CH 52075  Fuel Sender Lock Ring Wrench

  7. Disconnect Electrical Connector (1)
  8. Disconnect Transfer Hose (2). Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 
  9. Disconnect Fuel Tank Vent Hose (3). Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service

  10. Remove Fuel Tank Fuel Pump Module (1)
  11. Remove and DISCARD O-Ring (2)
