Preliminary Procedure Remove Intake Manifold. Refer to Intake Manifold Replacement
1	Fuel Injection Pump Metering Valve Fastener (Qty: 2) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)
2	Fuel Injection Pump Metering Valve Procedure Disconnect Fuel Injection Pump Metering Valve Electrical Connector Install a NEW O-ring seal. If replacing, perform the high pressure fuel correction reset. Refer to High Pressure Fuel Correction Reset

Procedure

Disconnect Fuel Injection Pump Metering Valve Electrical Connector
Install a NEW O-ring seal.
If replacing, perform the high pressure fuel correction reset. Refer to High Pressure Fuel Correction Reset
